What We Do

EcoUCO collects used cooking oil (UCO) through compliant and traceable supply chains and positions it as a strategic feedstock for renewable fuel markets. Our role goes beyond simple waste collection. EcoUCO ensures end-to-end assurance of the right quality, volume, and documentation required by renewable fuel producers.

End-to-End Feedstock Management Model

EcoUCO applies an integrated feedstock management model designed to meet the operational, regulatory, and commercial needs of renewable fuel markets. This model consists of five key stages:

1. Global Sourcing
EcoUCO secures UCO supply through a hybrid model that combines licensed collectors (aggregators) operating in multiple countries with direct collection in selected markets. This approach enables rapid scalability while maintaining local regulatory compliance.

2. Quality Control and Classification
All collected UCO volumes undergo batch-based quality control and classification. Quality parameters, origin data, and handling records are documented to ensure auditability at every stage of the supply chain.

3. UK Storage and Consolidation
Volumes from different sources are consolidated under EcoUCO’s UK-based storage and consolidation model. During this stage, volumes are aligned, documentation is completed, and shipments are prepared to meet offtake specifications.

4. Certification and Traceability
Operations are structured in compliance with recognized sustainability and traceability frameworks. Batch-based records and chain-of-custody systems make UCO flows transparent, verifiable, and compliant.

5. Trade and Offtake Delivery
EcoUCO commercializes consolidated and documented UCO volumes through long-term trade and offtake agreements with renewable fuel producers, energy companies, and refineries. This approach provides volume continuity, quality assurance, and planning reliability for all parties.
